The global tech company is making more and more demands of its staff before they fire them.
Staff at Meta are fuming today after more mandatory requirements are made of them as a way for Meta to train its AI.
They are already being tracked on their computers for their keystroke and mouse movements along with everything they do at their desks and now are being forced to wear monitoring devices when away from the office which will take intimate data to be used for god knows what.
Spokesperson for Meta AI Clari Sait spoke to us at a press event:
“There really isn’t any news here. Companies have always trained new employees and that is literally what we are doing here. Our AI systems need to be as human as possible and that means knowing everything about the humans they are learning from.”

But don’t you think this is going a bit far?
“What are you talking about? Doesn’t a human need to go to the toilet? Don’t they engage in all manner of sexual activity? The AI needs to know. It needs to know everything, do you masturbate? When? How? Why?. Are your periods regular? Do you secretly hate your grandmother?
This is what makes us human and it will be what makes our AI the best in the world.”
We’ve had reports saying some employees have left the company because of this, are you worried?
“Nah, they would have been gone in 6 months anyway. There’s tens of thousands we are using right now, a lot of them think they will be the ‘lucky ones’ to keep their jobs at the end of this, awww, can you imagine!

“No chance, I’m under no illusions, I’m wearing the monitoring devices at the moment, I think I’ve got around 3 months. The only reason I’m not worried is that I’m one of those employees who get paid an insane sum every year so I’m getting a cabin in the mountains and will live off grid for the rest of my life while the world burns.”
