Doris Thuttston is Kermits campaign manager, she spoke to Newsishy at an event in Hollywood attended by multiple stars of stage and screen as well as many business leaders.

We began by asking Why Kermit decided to run in 2028?
“It was a no brainer for Kermy to be honest. He is watching an ongoing coup in his country and felt he could not stand by without trying to do something. He’s also really upset at the way PBS has been treated by Trump.
Will he be able to compete with the big money the republicans can garner from donors?
“As you can see we have many major business leaders here today, their help will be very important but Kermy’s main source of campaign money will be from ordinary people, who’s not going to give Kermit The Frog a dollar?
What will be Kermit’s policies in the campaign?
“His slogan is ‘A puppet everyone loves, not an Israeli one who only loves himself’.
Kermit will pledge to reverse all of Trump’s wrongdoings, impeach and jail him along with any member of his government who has broken the law. He will reduce ICE to its former numbers and to its former role and basically be a really nice guy.”
