Restaurant Charges £15,000 For Portion Of 4000 Year Old Lobster.

Conservationists are angry at the exclusive eatery which caters to the rich and famous.

Heston Sinessin is back in the news after purchasing a rare lobster and serving tiny portions the size of a grape to his customers for £15,000 a time at his exclusive restaurant Affluditz.

The 40 lb Atlantic lobster found off the coast of Canada was age dated by the guy who caught it and when asked to confirm his method simply said “trust me bro”.

Heston purchased the lobster via auction for £5000 which was then shipped alive to the UK.

TRANSPORTED VIA HELICOPTER

Affluditz is renowned for the excessive way its dishes are prepared as we reported earlier in the year when he served cockroach soup where the cockroaches lived in their own London penthouse and fed foie gras, caviar and gold flakes.

We asked chef Heston how he prepares this new dish he has named Nephroskam:
“When the lobster landed from Canada I personally transported it via helicopter and chauffeur driven limo to the restaurant where it was carried into the kitchen by a naked virgin on the back of a large St Bernard.

It was placed into a golden pot and boiled alive in Nordic glacial water with a bit of salt. The boiling/screaming process was filmed in hi-def from start to finish which will be played to patrons as they are being served. The dish itself is relatively simple. I take a grape sized portion and place it on a sheet of gold leaf and sprinkle it with some truffle.”

And your customers are enjoying it?
“No idea if they enjoy it but they are ecstatic about spending the money on it and telling everyone that they did, that’s kind of my whole business.”

Newsishy decided not to interview any of the wealthy patrons who had paid for the dish on the night we went as they were just awful people.
