Pupils Take School By Force After ‘No Phones’ Law Introduced.

The secondary school children are demanding a reversal to the new law or they will burn the school down.

There is a large police presence at the Dave Hill Academy in Wolverhampton today after 250 pupils staged a coup when a new law demanding them to deposit their mobile phones in lockers at the start of the school day came into force.

It appears the coup was pre-planned by a militant group of students on Tik-Tok who came to school equipped with heavy duty chains and padlocks as well as gallons of fuel, zip-ties, wifi-cameras to cover all exits and 14 cases of high energy drinks.

12 TEACHERS HELD CAPTIVE

Police say there are currently 12 teachers being held captive and 5 have been released in exchange for unopened limited edition Pokemon boxes.

The standoff seems unlikely to end any time soon as the pupils have control of the kitchen and food stores.

Headmaster Wyne Swishens who managed to escape just in time made a statement to the press a short time ago:
“The school was targeted by a small group of our students who managed to gather support of others overnight using various memes and by 9am this morning 250 were involved in the action. I managed to escape through a window just before my door was broken down. They are armed and extremely argumentative.”

NEGOTIATORS ARE HOPEFUL

A police spokesperson said:
“We are monitoring the situation closely. This is a new type of protest which we have never encountered before. Our negotiators are hopeful we can persuade them all to leave peacefully as they seem to be highly susceptible to bribery. We’ve had 42 pupils already surrender with the promise of a phone upgrade and we are speaking to more who have expressed a desire for various hoodies and trainers.
