The tech savvy child allegedly took his supporters for a ride on the Crypto platform pump.fun.
Investors are claiming 7 year old Lyon Elis made a coin on pump.fun called 67 WIN, then went on livestream using a voice deepening app and dressed in a panda mascot costume to disguise his age.
CASHING OUT £400,000
He then launched his coin, buying £5000 worth on its creation and promised everyone he was in for the long game. 6 hours later he rug pulled his coins, crashing the value of 67 WIN and cashing out £400,000 in profit.
Lyon’s father is claiming it was him in the panda costume, investors are saying it was his son and he’s only saying that in an effort to keep the money.
Crypto blogger Terisa Lyon told us “We’ve seen this many times before, some underage kid starts a coin without their parents knowing, usually they steal a bank card off mom or dad, register in a parents name and rug pull for thousands in profit. The first the parents know about it is wads of cash appearing in their bank accounts.”
We asked, do you have proof of that happening in this case?
“Well for a start whoever was in that panda suit looked about 3 foot 7, his dad is 6 foot 4. The dad cancelled his bank card when he thought he’d lost it about an hour before he got home and Lyon was still on live stream when his dad arrived, we saw him walking into his sons room looking at the screen and telling him “you absolute fucking legend, if anyone asks you about this tell them it was me.”
